==Reporter's notes==
My image of Pakistan has been totally changed. Abstractive
though, the country is a truly kind-hearted country, I think.
Of course, it is not possible to know it wholly in such a
time of emergency when everything must be very extraordinary
for the people here. Here's the slightest example: A few days
ago, I went to buy cigarettes in town. At the cigarette shop,
the shopkeeper gave me an extra pack, saying "You are
my friend, boy". However, taxi drivers tend to raise
prices grossly and Mr. Hayashida always blamed me for paying
their asking prices without negotiationcin fact, she is so
good at this as the taxi drivers cannot resist her charm!

I have got used to the pace of life here. I do handshake and
hug anytime I meet someone. Pakistan people very often do
some kind of physical contact. I do Ramadan fast when I am
with the local staff and I enjoy it -it becomes fun when you
get used to it. Especially,the meal after the fast around
5:30pm is really nice. But I learned the thirst of throat
is no way bearable.
