I didn't expect it would take such pains to open an account....When
we found the letter of introduction from Japanese ambassador
was necessary, we visited Mr.Shibuta from Jaoanese embassy
without notice in advance. However, he welcomed our request
and even came with us to the bank, negotiating with the bank
which was already closed at the time. I felt encouraged as
being with the local staff negotiating eagerly together with
us, and decided again to work hard for the project.
